NOW Bargaining Basics (Webinar Replay)

This introductory webinar is aimed at members who are likely to be involved in the collective bargaining process at their local or council. We discuss what can and cannot be bargained under federal law, “good faith” bargaining, use of official time, information requests, and how to access additional relevant resources. Upon completion, AFGE members will validate up to 4 hours of online instruction and issue a certificate pending successful completion of all modules and quizzes.
