Executive Order 14003 and Beyond (Webinar Replay)
Field Services Director Marlin Jenkins reviews what President Biden's Executive Order 14003 (issued January 2021) means for bargaining in the federal sector. The subsequent guidance from OPM regarding the implementation and the opportunity to engage in bargaining on permissive topics are discussed. AFGE members will validate up to 2 hours of online instruction and issue a certificate pending successful completion of all modules and quizzes.
Steward Online Orientation (Webinar Replay)
A must for new AFGE stewards, or any steward who has not yet attended formal training in best practices for local stewards. This webinar overviews steward responsibilities, engaging and education bargaining unit employees, and online tools and resources.
