Representation: Grievance Handling (Webinar Replay)

This new and popular webinar teaches Local Stewards specific skills and advanced strategies for filing and processing grievances effectively, including identifying grievances, interviewing employees, and sources of evidence. Participants should have completed the basic Stewards Orientation webinar or the self-paced Stewards training prior to attending this webinar. Upon completion, AFGE members will validate up to 5 hours of online instruction and issue a certificate of completion pending successful completion of all modules and quizzes.
