NOW One-on-One Conversations (SELF PACED)

The aim of the NOW One-on-One Conversations training is to provide guidance on how to use the most impactful tool in organizing, which is the One-on-One Conversation. This training begins by explaining the meaning of NOW (Network of Organized Workers) as AFGE’s strategy for growing membership, what one-on-one conversations are and how to have effective one-on-one conversations.
